Latest research by stress scientist have shown that constant stress makes your muscles increase their tension everyday. In order to relieve this problem, self massage practised in the Eastern countries as an everyday lifestyle practice to rejuvenate health.Westerners are not familiar with the practice of massage, but gadgets like the ipamper massager has enabled people to take up massage more easily, without the hard owrk of using their hands. It also takes the guess work of how deep you need to massage for great effects.It certainly gives me the 'wow' factor.
